Pneupress Stainless Steel Compressed Air Piping

20mm – 150mm 10 year warranty

Pneupress stainless steel air piping is a high-performance reticulation solution designed for efficient, reliable compressed air distribution in demanding industrial environments. Available in sizes from 20mm to 150mm, Pneupress combines durable 304/316 stainless steel pipe with fast press-fit installation to deliver a long-lasting alternative to traditional fabricated piping systems.

Air compressor piping

Features

The Pneupress modular stainless steel press-fit system can be installed up to 10 times faster than traditional TIG-welded stainless steel pipe. This significantly reduces installation time for air compressor piping projects, minimising downtime in live industrial environments.

Pneupress eliminates the need for specialist welding, hot work permits, or certified welders. The system can be installed by competent tradespeople using press tools, making it a cost-effective and low-risk solution for compressed air piping installations.

Each press-fit connection delivers a consistent, reliable seal without reliance on welding integrity. This helps maintain stable compressed air pressure, reduces leaks, and improves overall system efficiency across your air compressor network.

Manufactured from polished 304/316 stainless steel, Pneupress piping is corrosion resistant, grease-free, and ideal for washdown environments. Unlike mild steel air compressor piping, it won’t deteriorate internally over time, ensuring clean and reliable compressed air delivery for years to come.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer 24/7 support, 365 days per year?

Yes. When most teams sleep or are on holiday, our experienced team of professional support technicians works around the clock to ensure your factory is covered, whatever the time of day.

What is Pneupress compressed air piping used for?

Pneupress is primarily designed for compressed air piping systems but can also be used for gases, hot and cold water, and oils when the correct seal type is specified. It’s well suited to industrial, food, beverage, and washdown environments.

Why use stainless steel for air compressor piping?

Stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance, strength, and hygiene. Unlike traditional steel air compressor piping, it won’t rust internally or contaminate the compressed air supply, helping maintain airflow efficiency and system performance.

What sizes does the Pneupress system come in?
Pneupress stainless steel compressed air piping is available from 20mm up to 150mm, supporting flow rates from approximately 14m³/h to over 2000m³/h. This makes it suitable for everything from small workshops to large industrial air compressor systems.
Is Pneupress suitable for long-term compressed air systems?
Yes. Pneupress is engineered for long-term industrial use, maintaining both performance and appearance over time. It’s a reliable solution for permanent compressed air and air compressor piping installations in harsh environments.
