PneuTech's RSCRXA series of scroll air compressors offer oil-free compressed air that is produced to Class 8573.1. With little wear-and-tear and low maintenance required, this range of scroll compressors promises thousands of hours of trouble-free operation.

Scroll compressors use two interleaving scrolls – one is moving and one is stationary. Air gets trapped in the inlet as the orbiting scroll moves and the spiral volume of air gets smaller and smaller. The decrease in volume increases the pressure resulting in a very efficient compressed air system (refer to the diagram below for a visual illustration).
Our scroll compressors also feature the world-renowned Anest Iwata airend. This airend is the heart of each compressor which contributes to the overall efficiency of the compressed air system. The airend allows the compressors to be controlled on demand and since there is no offload cycle, it will stop as soon as they reach a set pressure. This results in less energy waste, and lower running costs.
