Galvanised Finish Air Receivers

270 Ltr to 20,000 Ltr horizontal or vertical air receivers, up to 40 bar pressure.

Galvanised finish air receivers are manufactured to 11 bar, 16 bar, 40 bar and tested to 16.5 bar, 25 bar and 60 bar pressure. Air receivers are welded using submerged arc welding and manufactured to required CE certifications PED2014/68/EU and 2014/29/EU, and ISO9001 quality certification.

All galvanised finish air receivers are design-certified to New Zealand seismic requirements.

During the manufacturing process, the inside and outside of the tanks are hot-dipped into zinc, and then once cooled and cleaned, the tanks are hydrostatically tested.

Most galvanised air receivers are available on an indent-only basis with 3-4 month lead-time. Some sizes may be available in New Zealand, phone 0800-555-018 for confirmation.
