PneuTech activated carbon towers are designed to separate oil vapours from compressed air (dry-type separation). The TAC series for low to high pressure are made from high-quality carbon steel, while the smaller TACm is a replaceable cartridge on a robust stand.

Flow distributors ensure uniform distribution of airflow through an activated carbon bed. Oil vapours as well as some other hydrocarbons are separated during the adsorption process.

A super-fine coalescing filter is required upstream of the TAC and a 1:m dust filter is recommended downstream to intercept activated carbon dust.

Available for 16 bar, 50 bar, 100 bar, 250 bar, 420 bar pressure requirements.
